Brand identity - Czech Chamber of Sign Language Interpreters

Czech Chamber of Sign Language Interpreters is a non-profit voluntary professional organisation, that is aiming to raise the awareness about the sign language as well as trying to connect to a wider public in order to support those with hearing loss. The key words, that the organisation is linked with, are community, serious, educational, interpretation, connecting people, support and union.

In order to create a memorable identity, the logo icon is created in an one-line art style, that is illustrating the movement of the hand that is shifting from one place to another. This sign movement means in the Czech sign language "všichni", which translates to "everyone".

At first glance, it might be difficult to understand its hidden meaning, however when someone takes an interest in the sign language itself, he/she will quickly come to understand its essence as the organisation is mainly about supporting and helping everyone.

The primary colour of the identity is the dark blue. It was chosen since it is associated with intelligence, stability and unity, which is connected to the logo symbol.
